This cake is pretty amazing. I got this off Pinterest and made it right when I saw it cause I was intrigued. It's light and spongy and fat free. I'm not a pineapple lover, but you don't really feel like you're eating pineapple when you eat this. It is really good with some light squirty whip on top.
1 box Angel Food cake
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
Combine and mix with a spoon in a bowl. That's it....dump it into a greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for about 25 min. or until golden brown on top.
This might even be good as strawberry shortcake......
