Spinach Salad

Serves:

1 ½ Tbls. Poppy seeds
¾ cup vinegar
1 ½ cup oil
¾ cup sugar
1 ½ tsp. grated onion
1 ½ tsp. salt
1 lb. Fresh sliced mushrooms
1 purple onion, sliced

Combine the above and refrigerate for 8 hours.

1 head lettuce
2 packages fresh spinach
¾ lb. Grated Swiss cheese
1-2 cups small curd cottage cheese
½ lb. Bacon, crisp and crumbled

At the last minute before serving, combine all of the above and add the dressing. Mix well and serve immediately.
