This came from Pinterest. It's a copycat recipe and is really good and makes up quickly. Instead of grating all that cabbage I use a bag of coleslaw mix. You might even be able to use another 1/2 bag also if you make it ahead a day or so because it really shrinks down.
1/3 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper 1/ 4 c.whole milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. buttermilk
2 Tblsp. white vinegar 3 Tblsp. lemon juice
8 c. shredded cabbage 1 shredded carrot
2 Tblsp. grated onion (optional)
Make the sauce and add the slaw and mix. Make at least a few hours ahead of needing it. It's best overnight.
