Just found this in a Taste of Home magazine and it was really good.
1 c. unsweetened almond milk
1 medium frozen (or not, I like to freeze my ripe bananas) banana
1/2 c. frozen unsweetened blueberries
1/4 c. instnt plain oatmeal
1 tsp. maple syrup (I've also used monk fruit or other sweetener...even a couple of dates)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
dash sea salt
