Early Riser

This yummy juice is from a little juicing book I got at Sam's Club called "Juicing". It's got a lot of really good-for-you power to it.

1 beet
1/4 red cabbage
2 carrots
1/2 red bell pepper
1 orange, peeled
1 apple
1/2 lemon
