White Chicken Chili (a lighter version)




Ingredients
  • 5 c. chopped chicken
  • 3 (15 oz.) cans Great Northern Beans, drained
  • 1 (32 oz.) box chicken broth
  • 1 (16 oz.) jar mild salsa
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. pepper jack cheese, cubed
  • 2 tsp. cumin
  • Garnish with sour cream, cheese, and tortillas, if desired
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low 6-8 hours.
