Chicken Noodle Soup

Serves about 60

3 rotisserie chickens, pulled off bones and diced/save carcauss
2/3 bag Sams club homemade egg noodles
6 - 32oz. boxes chicken stock
2/3 Sams club frozen mixed veggies
4 cans Aldi potatoes and liquid, diced
