2 lb. minced salmon
1/2 c. red bell pepper
1/2 c. yellow pepper
1 tsp. garlic
3/4 c. Panko
1 egg
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 Tblsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dill
Sauce:
1 c. mayonaise
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. garlic
Mince salmon and add other ingredients. You might have to add more panko to hold patties together.
These are really yummy.
