Chicken Stock

2 medium onions
2 large carrots
2 celery ribs
1 bell pepper
1/2 c parsley
6 whole cloves
2 Bay leaves
1 t salt
1/2 t white pepper
water
chicken carcass


Put all ingredients into a stock pot and simmer for about 20-30 minutes.
