This is one of my favorites. I got this out of Taste of Home magazine.
Serves: 12-14
12 medium Idaho potatoes (Idaho),,
peeled and cubed
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Paprika
½ tsp. Pepper
1/3 cup vegetable oil
Place potatoes in two large resealable plastic bags. Combine the Parmesan cheese and seasonings: salt, garlic powder, paprika, and pepper; added to potatos and shake to coat. Pour oil into two 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pans. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until tender. I usually turn, turning as needed in the middle.to prevent sticking.
