2/3 cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup light corn syrup
3 tsp. Vanilla
4 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
6-oz. Package semi-sweet chocolate chips
2/3 cup peanut butter
Cream butter and sugar. Stir in corn syrup, vanilla and oats. Spread into greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Cool. Melt chocolate and peanut butter in saucepan over low heat. Spread over cooled mixture.
