Garden Zucchini & Corn Saute

I got this from Taste of Home and everyone really likes it even those who don't like zucchini.  Sometimes I use mexicorn instead.
serves: 6-8


2 medium zucchini, sliced thin
onion sliced thinly (I like a lot, but use what you like)
olive oil
1-2 cups frozen corn (whatever you like)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt or to taste
1/4 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning

In a large skillet, saute zucchini and onion in the oil until crisp-tender.  Add corn and garlic; saute 2 minutes longer or until veggies are tender.  Sprinkle with the sugar, salt, lemon pepper.  I also like to add a few tablespoons of butter.
