I got this from a Cambodian girl who gave a lesson for the YW
Serves: 8
4-5 crushed cloves of garlic
1 cup bean sprouts
½ cup chopped green onion
6 boneless skinless(?) chicken breasts or pork chops
2 lb. Japanese egg noodles, cooked
2 ½ Tbls. Fish sauce (can only be bought in oriental market)
3 Tbls. Soy sauce
6 Tbls. Sugar
Brown up the chicken or pork till done; set aside. In a large frying pan heat a little oil and simmer the garlic with the bean sprouts and green onion. Add the noodles and remaining ingredients and toss together and heat through.
