Tart Shells

(This is a great basic shell for lemon curd, blamange pudding, etc.)


1/2 c. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. flour

Mix ingredients together in a bowl. Drop into small round balls that will fit either a cupcake tin or smaller tin. Press into place and bake 375 degrees till lightly brown.
