I made this up using a rotisserie chicken. It's very quick and easy.
Serves: 10-12
1 Rotisserie chicken
6 cans chicken broth
5 boullion cubes
4 to 6 c. frozen mixed veggies
1 c. frozen corn
1 can potatoes, diced -drain liquid into soup
16 oz. or more really good homemade type egg noodles (6 handfulls)
Remove chicken from carcass. Cut up chicken and set aside. Put carcass into large pot and fill with broth and boullions cubes. Simmer about 20-30 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients. Salt and pepper.
