Triple Berry Pie

¾ cup sugar
3 Tbls. Cornstarch
pinch of salt
6 cups frozen berries

Thaw the frozen berries and save the juice Mix the sugar and cornstarch together. Put the berry juice and sugar mixture into a saucepan and cook till slightly thickened. Add berries and pour into a prepared unbaked pie shell. Dot with butter and top with top crust. Make slits in top and brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar. Don’t let the crust edges get too dark. You can cover them with foil if you like. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 45 min.
