Poor Boys

This is one of my favorites

Serves: 8

3 to 4 lb. Chuck roast
1 Tbls. Salt
1 Tbls. Dry mustard
1 Tbls. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbls. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Pepper

Put all ingredients in a crockpot on low heat. Cook 8-10 hours. This could also be cooked in an in crock pot or oven at 250 degrees. Cook till completely tender. Take 2 forks and shred meat apart. (Doesn’t need any water). I like to serve these on Kaiser rolls but the meat can also be served alone as an entrĂ©e.
