Corn Flake Chicken

Serves: 6

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 stick1/2 cup butter
1 ¼ tsp. Salt
1/3 cup flour
1/8 tsp. Thyme
1/8 tsp. Rosemary
1/8 tsp. Marjoram
6 cup crushed corn flakes

Mix together everything except the corn flakes. Dip the chicken in the seasoning mixture, then roll in the corn flakes. Place on a rack that sits on a cookie sheet. I use my cooling rack on a jellyroll pan.
Bake 35 – 40 min. at 375 degrees.
