Greg used to really like this – I like it more if you cut off the outer edge of the whole thing and then cut into pieces.
1 yellow cake mix
½ cup melted butter
4 eggs
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box (4 cups) powdered sugar
2 cups coconut
1 cup pecans or other nuts if desired
Mix cake mix, butter and 2 eggs. Pat into bottom of greased 13x9 inch pan. Mix the cream cheese, 2 eggs, powdered sugar, coconut and pecans and pour over first layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour until center is set.
