Macaroni & Cheese

This is Mom’s recipe

Serves: 6

2 cups milk
¼ cup flour
2 cups macaroni, cook and drain
2 cups cheddar or Colby-jack cheese, grated
¼ cup butter
salt
pepper

In a pan combine the milk, butter, flour, salt, and pepper. Heat, stirring often. In a casserole dish layer the macaroni, milk mixture, grated cheese, then macaroni, milk mixture and end with grated cheese. Cook covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
