Lemon Poppy Seed Cake

This is Sister Duncan’s favorite. I got it out of a newspaper in Phx. Years ago and it’s yummy. Makes good mini-muffins too

1 box yellow cake mix
1 box instant lemon-pudding mix
¼ cup poppy seeds
¾ cup oil
1 cup water
4 eggs

Mix all for 3 minutes. Pour into greased and floured Bundt or angelfood pan or 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
