Crust:
¼ cup butter; melted
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 Tbls. Sugar
Filling:
1 8oz. Package cream cheese, softened
1 can (14-oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tsp. Vanilla
Combine crust ingredients and press into a pie plate and refrigerate. In a mixing bowl combine the cream cheese with the condensed milk and whip till well combined. Add lemon juice slowly so that you don’t make it lumpy. Add vanilla and pour into the prepared crust. Top with cherry pie filling or whatever you like.
