Serves: 8
¼ cup light sour cream
8 oz. Neuftchatel (light cream cheese)
1 cup light cottage cheese
about 5 oz. Dry spaghetti, cooked
(I like angelhair pasta for this)
Chopped green onion
Spaghett sauce (I use the 1 lb. 10 oz. Ragu)
Parmesan cheese
Mix the sour cream, cream cheese, cottage cheese, and onion together. Fold in the cooked spaghetti. Put into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and pour the spaghetti sauce over the top. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
